There is a $20 per person surcharge to book advanced Tee Times.	9 to 45 days	Anytime During the season

Full payment is due at time of reservation.

• Individual Season Pass: 2012 Season Passes now available. Individual=$3,200 with spouse additional $1,800. Includes unlimited green fees, range balls and advanced tee time access. Pass holders may book tee times 15 days in advance versus 8 days for the general public.
• Challenger 9 Season Pass - $750.00 including cart, add a spouse for an additional $500. Pass valid Mon-Thurs anytime and Fri-Sun & Holidays after 3:00 pm.
• Recieve 10% off all merchandise in the Golf Shop. Discounted guest fees.
• Dress Code:   Proper golf attire is expected on both courses and practice facilities. Collared Shirts or turtlenecks are required, No jeans, No cutoffs, No tank tops. Shorts should be walking shorts, No gym shorts, No bermudas. 
• Spikeless Policy: Soft spikes or spikeless shoes are required. Metal spikes are not permitted ($10 fee to convert to soft spikes).
• Rental Equipment: Rental Clubs $40/set per 18 holes.  One set of clubs per player required. 
• Pro Shop Hours of Operation: 6:30 am to dusk.Hours subject to change.
• Full Practice Facility: Driving Range open to the public 6:30 to dusk. Some days the range may be closed 3:00-5:00pm Monday  thru Friday and 2:00 pm-4:00 pm Saturday and Sunday for maintenance. Please call ahead if you plan to hit balls during that time frame. Hours subject to change.
• Cancellation Policy Tee-Time reservations can be cancelled/changed without penalty until 12:00 pm Noon the day prior to your tee time. After that time if you show up with less than the number booked, you will be responsible for full payment of green fees for the number of players booked, unless the Club can fill the vacant slots.  Please call the Golf Shop as soon as you are aware that you may have a no show.  We will make every effort to fill the vacancy.
• Rain Check Policy: If the course is closed a rain check will be issued for the number of holes not played.  5 or less holes played-18 hole rain check 6-13 holes played-9 hole rain check.  Rain checks are good for 12 months and have the value of the green fee when the original round was started.
• Policies to note:  No spectators, No fivesomes, No Alcohol permitted on courses. Coolers of any kind, whether or not they contain alcohol are strictly prohibited.
• Food and Beverage Service: The Waverly Grille is open daily at 11:00am for Lunch in season. All food & beverages must be purchased from the clubhouse or comfort station. Absolutely no coolers allowed on the course.
• Corporate Golf Outings / Tournaments / Fundraising Outings:The Golf Club is available for Golf Outings on Mondays and Tuesdays. The format is a shotgun start  with a maximum of 144 golfers and a guaranteed minimum of 128. We can accommodate up to 200 guests for a sit down dinner after the event.
